This is our only grandson Dakota. He's 11 and a boy scout. We're really proud of him, he's working toward his Eagle scout award. His dad Steve is assistant scout master. Dakota was sick with strep throat and we didn't get to do as much with him. And he was camping 3 of the weekends we were there.

This is our granddaughter Tabytha. She's 19 and going to Pastry Chef school in Philadelphia. She was able to come home for 2 days while we were there. All her life she wanted to be a school teacher. At age four, it was Nani came & play school with me. Now she's going to be a pastry chef. Go figure. We're so proud of her. A beautiful young lady. She has a boyfriend in New York who is studying Criminal Justice.

This is our nephew JR, who came up from Ashley, North Carolina to see us.

This is Russ's mother Mary, she will be ninety yrs young next May.

This is our daughter Penny with Sassy. They have 3 cats. Two really pretty pure white ones. And a calico one outside which attacked Sassy. Sassy wouldn't leave our arms while outside @ Penny's house

This was Nani's project day. The girls got to make Princess Sugar Short's chocolate cake. Loved it, loved it. Then we went shopping for the material to make their quilts. They got to pick out two different materials to make their quilts.

Janessa chose lime green and purple for her quilt. I'm really proud of her for cutting out her quilt as well as tied it. She is in two diffent plays @ the same time. One @ church and one @ school. All three of thes granddaughters go to a private Christian school. Janessa is already looking @ different colleges.

Faith's first quilt. It is dark purple with light purple volley balls. She's on the volley ball team. We were able to go to one game on Friday. And she GOT to play. Go Faith !!!!!!!!!! Libby's picture with her quilt was blurry. But she had lavender & pinl with frogs. She also did a great job with her quilt.

Yes, the Amish still ride everywhere in a horse & buggy.
